The 2018 World Rugby Pacific Nations Cup was the thirteenth edition of the Pacific Nations Cup annual international rugby union competition. All matches for the 2018 tournament, played over two rounds, were held in Fiji at the ANZ National Stadium in Suva. Hosts Fiji and fellow Pacific nations Samoa and Tonga were joined by Georgia who competing for the first time in the tournament. Romania was also initially scheduled to compete for the Cup until Samoa's place in the competition was confirmed in May 2018. Fiji won the tournament with two wins from their two matches played. Tonga and Georgia placed second and third respectively with one win each.

Radradra was selected for the Barbarians to face England in May 2018. Scoring one try and Barbarians winning the match by 18 points (45–63) at Twickenham Stadium, London, Radradra was named man of the match.
